Mary "Marylee" Lee (Mason) Still Obituary (1929

Mary Lee "Marylee" Still, age 93, of Wisconsin Rapids met her Savior on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at her residence. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2022, at Faith Baptist Church in Wisconsin Rapids. burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services on Tuesday at the church. Marylee was born May 29, 1929, in Madison, WI to Frank and Myra (Lincoln) Mason. She married Charles Steinmetz, and they were blessed with 17 years of marriage and three children: Sue, Ruth, and Stephen. Charles preceded her in death in 1970. She married Donald Still in 1980. They were blessed with 43 years of marriage. Marylee was an English teacher and a librarian until her marriage to Don. She loved to read, sing in choirs, and attend Bible studies. During a critical time in her life, she heard the Gospel, received Christ and became a woman of deep faith. She and her beloved husband Don served faithfully together in the ministry of the Gospel throughout their marriage, most of those years through Village Missions. Her love for Jesus was an inspiration to those around her. Marylee is survived by her husband Donald; her children: Sue (Darren) Delaney, Ruth (Gordon) Leeman, Stephen (Sharon) Steinmetz, Mike (Robin) Still, and Ryan (Janele) Still; grandchildren: Jenni (Tom) Yang, Jodi (Matt) Jewell, Stacy (Joel) Ham, Rollie (Megan) Leeman, Kristen (Chris) Lownes, Alyssa (Joe) Furnari, Matt (Amanda) Steinmetz, Joshua (Rachel) Steinmetz, Emily (Tyler) Moore, Nicole Steinmetz, Ashley (Jeremy) Brockway, Zachary (Sarah) Still, Kyle Weiberg, and Jarod (Jasmine) Weiberg; she is further survived by many great-grandchildren and her brother, Jack (Mitzi) Mason. She is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Charles R. Steinmetz; and her stepdaughters, Diane Still and Sheryl (Dennis) Weiberg. Marylee wanted to be remembered as a woman of faith and prayer. Special thanks to Marylee's family and friends for supporting her and for being there when she needed them.
