Charleen A. Sisley, age 81, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away Friday, September 10, 2021 at Our House Assisted Living in Wisconsin Rapids.
Charleen was born December 7, 1939 in Wisconsin Rapids to Harold and Hazel (Schmuhl) Stolp. She married the love of her life, Kenneth Sisley on May 21, 1960. They had two wonderful sons, Todd and Troy, who Charleen was very proud of.
Charleen was employed by JC Penney in Wisconsin Rapids for 25 years.
After retirement, she and Ken went on many trips, and especially loved their trips to Branson, MO. Charleen was an avid reader and enjoyed books by Debbie Macomber. She loved playing the organ in her home, and spending time with her precious grandchildren.
Charleen is survived by one son, Troy Sisley of Stevens Point; two grandchildren: Jonathan Sisley of Washington state and Jennifer (fiancé Nick Silloway) Sisley of Junction City and their son, Bennet; and her aunt, Nancy Stolp of Wisconsin Rapids. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth; son, Todd; daughter-in-law, Tina (Weier) Sisley; and uncle, Charles Stolp.
Private family services will be held at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Rev. Kevin Ader will officiate. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
