Quentin Patrick Fliss, age 27, of Wisconsin Rapids passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 2, 2021.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00 Noon on Friday, January 8, 2021 at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church in Bevent, WI. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the Mass on Friday at the church.
Quentin was born March 22, 1993 in Stevens Point, WI to Patrick and Rebecca (Gilbertson) Fliss. He was a graduate of Rosholt High School. After graduation, he entered the United States Navy and served for five years until his honorable discharge.
Quentin was a warm and loving young man. He had an extremely kind heart, a bright personality and a gentle, friendly demeanor. He was outgoing, with a quirky sense of humor. He loved adventure, taking on new challenges and being active outdoors. Still, he enjoyed a quiet, modest lifestyle. He had an infectious smile, kind eyes, and gave the best hugs, ever. He loved skiing, bike riding, camping, swimming, kayaking, reading, listening to music, watching movies, paintballing with his brothers, and spending time with his friends and family.
Quentin is survived by his parents, Patrick Fliss and Rebecca Fliss; brothers, Brad Fliss and Lukas Fliss; sister, Brittni Fliss (fiancé Tyler Meverden) and their daughter, Pollyanna; and his maternal grandparents, Pete and Carol Gilbertson. He is preceded in death by his brother, James; and his paternal grandparents, John and Cindi Fliss.
